Brescia, March 12, 2025 – An extended weekend dedicated to regularity racing awaits Be Traced solutions. From Wednesday, March 12, to Saturday, March 15, our devices will be actively supporting both the Coppa delle Alpi and the Rally Coppa Liburna. These two prestigious classic car events will take competitors across steep Alpine passes and along the winding coastal roads of Tuscany, in the province of Livorno.
The first event to fire up the engines (hoping for good carburetion, given the route) is the Coppa delle Alpi—a historic event under the 1000 Miglia banner. Participants will tackle some of the most breathtaking Alpine passes, even crossing into Austria and Switzerland.
After technical checks in Brescia—hometown of both Be Traced and the 1000 Miglia—our team will install the tracking devices on all vehicles before the inaugural Trofeo Città di Brescia, a 1vs1 challenge to warm up the tires before the main event.
The first stage kicks off on Thursday, with crews departing from Brescia towards St. Moritz, passing Lake Iseo and Val Camonica, with a lunch stop in Tirano before heading to Livigno and finally reaching the Swiss border.
On Friday, the second stage will take competitors from St. Moritz to Stams (Austria), crossing Val Müstair, famous for its steep climbs and UNESCO heritage sites such as Lake Resia. The day concludes back in Italy, in Bressanone.
The third and final stage on Friday, March 14, will take teams from Bressanone to Passo del Tonale, returning once again to the province of Brescia.
Starting Friday, descending from the mountains to the Mediterranean coast, Be Traced will move to Livorno for the Coppa Liburna, another historic regularity rally revived in 2022. This event features the stunning, winding roads of the Tuscan countryside—just as scenic as the Alps but much warmer for those who dislike the cold. The Coppa Liburna also serves as the opening round of the Italian Historic Rally Regularity Championship (CIRAR).
The fourth edition of this event features two stages and 15 average-speed tests, all precisely measured by Be Traced tracking technology. Among them, the longest stage, “Montevaso,” includes 25 km of timed course. During Stage 1, crews will pass through a regrouping point in Livorno before returning to Tuscany’s challenging roads.
The second stage introduces an almost entirely new route, with the first timed stage starting just 2 km from the start line. The only unchanged test is the legendary “Sassetta”—a 12 km stage that is expected to play a decisive role in the final standings.
This week, Be Traced will support just two events, but both demand extreme precision, as accurate measurements will be crucial in determining the final rankings and winners.
Enjoy the race!
